Customers

+ New customer
Born into the K-record with its own KID. Nothing about it can be quietly rewritten.

The Record

The seat belongs to the strongest claim: a new value stands only if its authority meets or beats the standing one — otherwise it waits on the record as a candidate. Confirmed means authority 8–9: a verifying source, not a say-so.

Pick a customer. Every value they have ever had is in here — the current one standing, the old ones on the record, each with its reason and its receipt.

Ask the record

Who's at the front desk — pick a persona. Switch any time: what the record knows about the customer carries over, because it was never the persona's to keep.
The tour replays a session recorded from the live record. Free-form questions run live.
Ask me about a customer. I answer only from the record — and when the record can't answer, I'll tell you that instead of guessing. Tell me something new about the customer you're viewing and I'll write it to their record, where every persona after me can use it.

Reader swap — same pool, two readers

Ask once. The model reader (Mercury, via /chat) and the model-free reader (ERIE direct, via /ask) answer from the same live pool. Swap the reader — the knowledge doesn't move. Wording differs; the verdict below measures what agrees: the ERIE state and the receipts, live, never asserted.

The pool, by the numbers — read live from the record

Every number below is computed from the K-record at request time — including values the record no longer stands behind. That's the part weight-systems can't show you: the superseded past, still walkable. k runs per kernel, so the k range spans all kernels' clocks.

Search the whole record

Searches standing values AND superseded ones. Leave the text blank with a field or authority filter to browse a slice of the pool.

Find a KID

Paste any KID from a receipt or a history — get every entry written under it.
